IT PROJECT BRIDGE BUSINESS ETHICS PRINCIPLES

01. Purpose and Scope
This document establishes the ethical principles and standards of conduct governing the operations of IT Project Bridge (hereinafter – the Company), which apply to all employees, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors.
The purpose is to promote responsible, transparent, and professional conduct in IT project management, analysis, consulting, and system development.
The ethical principles are based on:
The United Nations Global Compact principles,
International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions,
The European Union Sustainable Development Goals,
The laws of the Republic of Lithuania and best practices in IT project management.
These principles apply to all Company employees, partners, clients, and third parties cooperating with the Company.
02. Social Responsibility
The Company:
Respects human rights and ensures equal opportunities for all individuals, regardless of gender, age, nationality, religion, beliefs, or disability.
Promotes psychological safety, mutual respect, and teamwork.
Ensures safe and healthy working conditions, especially in the context of remote work.
Does not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or bullying in any form.
Encourages professional development and lifelong learning.
Ensures that all projects comply with cybersecurity, data protection, and confidentiality requirements under the GDPR (EU 2016/679).
Encourages employees and partners to anonymously report ethical violations or inappropriate behavior.
03. Environmental Responsibility
Although the Company’s operations are non-industrial, it commits to:
Minimizing environmental impact – optimizing IT infrastructure energy consumption, using renewable energy sources, and managing electronic equipment responsibly.
Promoting digital sustainability – implementing technologies that reduce paper and resource use.
Selecting partners and suppliers who follow sustainable business practices.
04. Business Ethics
IT Project Bridge commits to upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency:
Conducting operations transparently and in full compliance with all laws and contractual obligations.
Abstaining from any form of corruption, bribery, or unlawful influence.
Avoiding participation in public procurement collusion or activities that restrict competition.
Preventing conflicts of interest by disclosing any situations that may affect decision-making objectivity.
Maintaining honest and lawful accounting practices.
Refraining from offering, accepting, or giving gifts or services that could influence decisions.
Avoiding relationships with companies operating in sanctioned or war-engaged countries.
Respecting intellectual property – using only legally obtained software and resources.
Protecting confidential information and using it solely for its intended purpose.
Promoting innovation, research, and IT development initiatives that create public value.
05. Data Protection and Cybersecurity
The Company:
Complies with the GDPR and national legislation.
Implements technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
Guarantees the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
Commits not to share data with third parties without a legitimate basis.
Conducts regular security assessments and risk analyses.
06. Implementation and Supervision
All employees and partners must familiarize themselves with and adhere to the principles set forth in this document.

Violations are investigated confidentially, and whistleblowers are guaranteed protection.
This document is reviewed annually, taking into account changes in legislation, international standards, and the Company’s activities.
07. Final Provisions
These principles are mandatory for all employees, partners, and subcontractors.
IT Project Bridge believes that ethical, responsible, and transparent business conduct is essential for ensuring sustainable success, trust, and social responsibility.
